When assembling the battery, it's important to ensure that there are no gaps between the battery and the handle base. Keeping an extra battery on hand can help extend the runtime. The battery has a green light indicator, which flashes while charging and remains solid when fully charged or in use. The green light will turn off after an hour of being fully charged.
The vacuum cleaner's dust cup and HEPA filter are also removable for easy cleaning. It's recommended to empty the dust cup once it exceeds the MAX value and to clean the HEPA filter every two weeks, replacing it every two months.
Before using the vacuum cleaner for the first time, it's essential to assemble the battery correctly and fully charge it using the original adapter. If an E2 or E3 error occurs, it could be due to a battery issue or the use of a non-original adapter, respectively. In these cases, it's recommended to leave the battery for 30 minutes and then use it again, or replace the battery if the issue persists.
